What a fantastic stay! Alexandra was so, SO amazing! She should be employee of the month. She helped us with our check-in, gave us amazing recommendations, and helped solidify our itinerary. What a fantastic experience. We cannot wait to return to Hotel Elysees Regency!

The room was great. However it was close to the stairs and the noise from the stairs is quite loud and frequent. Better sound proofing would help. Everything else was great.

It has been a very good surprise my stay at the Regencia hotel, better that what I expected. Perfect location, the staff has been extremely kind, helpful, available. The hotel is very nice, rooms clean, high quality of amenities.
